Description

Heavy duty concentrated traffic film remover and degreaser for removing heavy soiling from all commercial and plant vehicles.

WHERE TO USE
Ideal for plant, commercial vehicle and chassis cleaning. Use to remove oil and grease film, mud and quarry waste.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Gantry wash or spray arch: add to detergent feed system as supplied. Dependent on the degree of cleaning required, adjust detergent flow to 0.5 - 1.0%. Allow the equipment to run through its cleaning programme.

Fixed box-jet or portable pressure washer: add to detergent feed system as supplied. Dependent upon the degree of cleaning required, adjust detergent flow to 0.5 - 1.0% at lance tip.

• Pre-wet vehicle thoroughly using clean water, ensure vehicle surface is cool before cleaning commences.
• If using a high pressure lance, hold 50cm/18 inches from vehicle surface; if using a foaming lance, stand at least 2m/6ft away from surface.
• For best results clean one section at a time, working from the bottom upwards.
• Do not allow product to dry on to exterior bodywork.
• Rinse thoroughly with clean water, working from the top downwards.
• May affect certain non-factory paint finishes; if unsure, test on a small hidden area first.
